Absolutely Tracy! Make sure you take lots of pictures so that everyone can see how scrumptious these muffins are! Your pictures are amazing and I’m sure you can capture the moist yumminess way better than I could!! 😀

I’ve tried to have a look at Tanglewood Tapestry, but for some reason it’s blocked on my work laptop. Serves me right for faffing at work I suppose!
I loooooove baking, so maybe I’ll give these a go over the long weekend coming up 🙂

They were really pretty easy. I used my jumbo muffin tins and it made 6, I’m sure that using a regular cupcake pan would make a dozen. 🙂

Those look A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Im not a very good cook. I’m semi-ok-> horrible at baking, and definitely have no gardening green thumb for me. My sister is the baker. I’m definitely going to share your post to her and get her to make me some 🙂

Hi Nina! I just discovered my love of baking about 5 years ago. Before that my saying was “If Betty Crocker doesn’t make it then neither do I!” Referring to box cake mixes. But now I love to bake everything from scratch and I’m amazed that I really shouldn’t have been that intimidated by it. These were delicious and I hope she makes you a double batch!! 😀
